        ANGELS OF ARES RAID CHARTER

1. Tactics

Tactics are often posted on the forum before attempting a new encounter. This means that everybody has the opportunity to ask questions and come up with suggestions for changes as to what we can do differently. DO NOT try to talk over eachother with different suggestions. It is difficult enough deciding on a final tactic without multiple people confusing the situation. The Raid Leader, and the others responsible for tactics (Main Tanks, Class Leaders, Officers) are communicating a lot more than the rest of the raid sees. We have to make decisions, and tactics are often decided in advance. If the first one doesn’t work, we usually have a fallback plan, so BE PATIENT. There will be raids where we won’t even kill a boss. It’s frustrating, but eventually we will make it. If it takes 1 try…or 100.

2. Loot

We currently run with the addon called EPGP LOOTMASTER to ensure fair loot distribution. If you got an inquery, please take it to the forum or ask any questions OUTSIDE OF RAID TIME. The system WILL NOT be changed as and when we feel like it, so use the forum to send PM's to the appropriate people for any loot issues to be resolved.

3. BE ON TIME!

If you are late, there will 24 other players waiting for you (plus reserves). It’s understandable that things may come up that can prevent you from joining in time, or worse case not coming at all. If you have the opportunity, you MUST let us know, either on Skype, on the forum, in a note - there are multiple ways and not much of an excuse not to. There’s a reason we start invites a few minutes before the raid begins. I would also like to point out that we expect you to be prepared with flasks, food, pots and any alternate gear you may need. This saves you and the whole raid a lot of time.

4. Raidplanner & Forum

All signups are on the Raidplanner, accessed anytime on the menu bar. It will be announced there when raids are taking place and who has signed up or unsigned. Everyone are expected to either SIGN-UP or UNSIGN WITH A NOTE so that we can organise the raid according to what we need and who will be there. Players that do not sign up at all, will most likely not get an invite to the raid and will eventually be fined EP.

5. Sign-ups and outtakes

EVERY RAIDER AND RECRUIT ARE CONSIDERED EQUAL. By this we mean that everybody signed up has a chance of either being in the raid, or being benched. We try to rotate benching as fairly as possible according to what we need in a setup.
